I heard about Ice Cubes for Mastadon being good for iOS, but I have no personal experience with it.

I use Tusky for multiple Mastodon accounts and it works very well. I can recommend it.

First sign of crypto and I am out. I would speculate that is true of a lot of people in the Fediverse.
