Its google, it will use analytics to fingerprint the users browser. Therefore it can most likely uniquely identify the person. I don’t believe them that they don’t make a copy of data entered. I’m sorry your project is forced to use it but you can tell whoever is in charge of this that there is a growing movement of people who refuse to use google services.
