To answer OP’s question, also doing better than them at the same age. Big part of it was investing early (time-value of money is a massive deal) and keeping the same car forever. My parents have spent quite a bit on cars over the years, it is probably their largest reducible expense. I bought a lightly used crossover a long time ago, and it’s got a long life ahead of it.
Do note that SSDs are orders of magnitude slower than RAM (it’s why you have both, and not just a giant SSD). You can feel the machine come to a screeching halt the moment swap is used for active tasks.
Yeah, it is basically never worth the effort to de-solder and re-solder RAM. It’s why people rail so hard on it and why you should pay attention to it’s (non-) existence next computer you buy. It hurts you years down the line when what should have been a cheap upgrade is turned into simply binning what you own and buying new.

This has left the east in a poor state they still have yet to recover from. The people in that region know this, but it doesn’t change the fact they don’t feel good about the lingering differences, which influences their voting behaviors heavily.

nordvpn whitelist add subnet 192.168.1.0/24to add your subnet to the whitelist (change the first three sections of the subnet to match what your IP is in the first command if it is different) -

nordvpn settingsto view all settings and verify they look right, you should see your subnet in the whitelist section now -

nordvpn cto reconnect and apply your new settings
Now LAN connections can reach your computer, even while it is connected to the VPN. For incomming WAN connections, verify port forwarding is setup on your router to point to the computer.
Optional:

nordvpn set analytics disabledto disable analytics
NordVPN can be set to allow LAN traffic through. So, if you setup port forwarding on your router, which it sounds like you already did, it will then allow that LAN traffic in.

Try to set it so nobody owes anybody much. If you fall too short on withholding you can end up paying interest on the difference.
Your first link doesn’t separate correlation and causation. Is a high murder rate area more likely to cause people to buy a gun, or the inverse? I can tell you for sure people who are in a bad situation generally don’t just sit on their asses and do nothing.
